Two names are added in the list of those who are born with silver spoons in their mouth: Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon’s unborn twins are in list of such children. The singer who is pregnant with twins and she with her husband Nick Cannon are making all possible efforts to make the place impeccable.

According to sources, Mariah has transformed a whole wing in their Beverly Hills house into a an expensive and luxurious nursery. A full walk-in wardrobe full of Petit Tresor designer clothes and 18-carat gold trim with ivory walls and excellent furnishings are some surprises that their kids would see.

If that is not all, the room is fully hi-tech, things like flat screen TV that comes down from the ceiling, top-of-the-range sound system, with diamond encrust iPods are some of the tech features of that nursery.

The couple has decided to spend as much as they can for their children and have splashed on items like Chelsea sleigh cribs costing $2,200 each and a Clara changing table, which has a price tag of $2800. The nursery will be interlined by a $1 million sofa and Glam Glider chairs ranging $2,270.(Pics below).

This expensive nursery is designed by Kenneth Bordewick, who is keeping track on the minutest of the details. A red-crushed velvet, 24-carat gold and onyx sofa that was used for Michael Jackson’s shows will also be part of that nursery.

Expensive, but for a mother who has waited long for her child it is a worthy deal. No doubt on it when she says “My children would be the most spoilt brats on the planet”.
